Is this a term? Is it possible I have blogger's block on a blog about writing?
I haven't been writing, although I had an idea for a story in the minivan on the way home from work on Thursday. I wrote it on the back of an envelope and stashed it in the little open spot under the radio.
I've successfully shot myself down, though, and lost enthusiasm for the idea.
Not feeling like writing lately or even blogging, really. Not sure why.
I hear ya. Sometimes, like right now, I totally don't feel like writing. Of course, that can be bad considering I make my living writing. But there are times when I sit in front of the computer and the last thing I want to do is to string a few sentences together.
ReplyDeleteI think of my blog as my writing sanctuary but even there sometimes I just am not feeling it, no matter what the topic. I still try to put out blog posts, so I hope that the ones where I'm not feeling it aren't too terribly noticeable.
I for one really enjoy your writing so hopefully your writer's block passes quickly :)
